What is manahsrushti sports club?
Manahsrushti happiness community is an initiative to develop and harness qualities such as happiness, joy, compassion within young individuals and make available the tools to enforce such important qualities through sports, fitness, community meetings, volunteering work. The aim of this program is to help young individuals become happy, productive and aid their growth.
On 3 appointed days in a week, we come together and play this sport to bond with other community members, increase mind and body flexibility and be agile in thinking and doing. The aim of this activity is to help each other stretch their limitations and go one step beyond their current level. We have a trainer and badminton court booked for one hour of explosive fun and games! Another thing we want to emphasis during this activity is the reverberance of the sport! We want to create an atmosphere for individuals where they can freely laugh, run, sweat, relax and surrounded by community as a gesture of openness and acceptance. there is no pre-requisite or skill requirement. however you play, you are welcome, we will teach you.
On 3 days of week we come together and work our bodies out under the guidance of certified calisthenics trainer, Aditya Dhongade. Vetal takdi has its own beauty when it comes to colours of different seasons. Post workout, we take a moment to appreciate the wonders of nature in its all true beauty and do relaxation exercises which helps us reinforce positive emotions and relax after feeding the bodily appetite of intense physical activity and meanwhile we get fitter also!
This activity takes place at vetal tekdi on Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6.30 to 8 AM
One day every week, we come together, share, talk discuss perspectives, ideas, movements, opinions and try to create something constructive which can help the society leveraging the social capital aiming towards individual happiness, growth and productivity,
In these sessions we also call out experts on different topics with whom we have constructive and guided discussions on pressing issue, Ideas, perspectives topics ranging from health, education, technology, Social/Civil issues, enterprise, Economics, Ecology.
At least 2 times a week we volunteer for a social cause which helps us remember our duties as responsible citizens and enshrines the quality of looking beyond self, expand, practice compassion and contribute to the world.
