ManahSrushti, established in 2015, is a non-profit organization founded by mental health expert Nikhil Walkikar (MA in Vedanta Philosophy). Our core mission is to leverage mental health as a powerful tool to address critical social issues and create a positive impact on society.
Since our inception, we have embarked on an inspiring journey, conducting extensive research, telecommunication initiatives, counselling services, and large-scale social work projects. Our focus has always been to contribute positively to social harmony and individual transformation, recognising that these are essential pathways to individual happiness and the well-being of society.
ManahSrushti is committed to making tools for individual well-being accessible to those who wish to contribute. We aim to foster a vibrant community of like-minded individuals who seek to explore the true essence of joy. Through our efforts, we strive to increase human values and promote a culture of empathy, understanding, and mutual respect.
At Manasrushti, we leverage our expertise in the mental health domain to collaborate with individuals, governments, NGOs, and educational institutions. Our mission is to undertake diverse social work projects that drive positive social change, utilising all available means and capacities.
To create a healthy and happy society using yogic psychological and spiritual tools.
Our organization fundamentally questions conventional notions of self, the world, and individual life experiences. We aim to deeply understand and explore the nature of life through the lens of mental health, providing the tools and insights we have discovered to those facing various life challenges.
While the term “mental health” is often associated with Western philosophy, we emphasise that caring for one’s mental well-being has been a daily ritual in native cultures worldwide. We are committed to preserving and integrating sophisticated and complex regional knowledge of spirituality and mental health, ensuring it remains a vital aspect of our work.
